I've "seafoamed" (is that even a verb?) a RR Classic once and a couple of Volvos only in my lifetime, and all ran much smoother/happier afterwards.
Seafoam could be poured also into the engine and transmission about 500mi before the regularly scheduled fluid replacement. I think this is what it says on the bottle? Pls correct me if I'm wrong here! It's not actually an additive, but a 'cleaner helper'... I guess one could call it that way/

I have done all that over the period that I have owned my 97, except for Seafoam Induction Cleaning. I have addd it to the fuel tank, but mine runs so nice and I have seen a few horror stories regarding the use of that stuff in the intake.

One guy on here earlier had an engine seize on him and blamed it on that. After reading that and having mine running fine as is, I plan to leave well enough alone.
