That's the DRAG LINK.
Keep in mind when you order the ball joints one is RH Thread and the other is LH Thread.
Your BEST bet is do all 4 (the 2 on the Track Bar are probably in the same condition)
and get a set of LEMFORDER Ball Joints from L8.
IMHO an excellent brand, and a really great price.

I believe the rod end that connects to swivel housing is RH, the end that connects to steering box drop arm is LH, at least it is that way on a LHD defender.
Grease zerks are nice for components of a vehicle that is regularly abused but regularly gone through and cleaned, checked, etc. the OEM has no grease nipples, aftermarket yes. Lots of opinions, you will be fine either way just check for play every once in a while.

If you reverse the ends (flip the drag link) the only thing that it will change is the direction you will turn the drag link to adjust it's length.
If you centralized the steering box before you removed the drag link, then the amount of adjustment to the drag link to correct the steering wheel offset will be minimal.
Remember to use some ANTI-SEIZE on the threads of the tie-rods and clamp bolts.
