The number of rows has no relation to the cooling capability of a radiator.
A one row can have wider, thicker or longer tubes than a four row with narrower, thinner and shorter tubes.
It is about the mass of coolant held in its core that influences its performance.
Tubes spacing and number of fins also influence performance.
Stock radiators have 1mm thin tube gaps; provide short heat travel and intimate heat transfer but prone to clog with coolant deposits.
