Default 12v acc in engine bay?

In order to power the the switch LEDs, i need to get 12v switched. This is all it will be powering, any thoughts on just using a fuse tap or is there a better place to grab that from under the hood?

thanks

That'll work fine, you can mount a relay on the back of the fuse box mounting.
