Try and get all the parts from the same manufacture so you will be assured of a perfect fit.
Are you planning on doing this rebuild, it is not suggested for someone who hasn't done it before.

Well I was going to try it, I found a write up on how to do it. I have also replaced many u joints both in the garage and on the trail. Never a Cardin joint though.

Mike or anyone else, is there an illustrative picture that would show what this u joint and centering bolt would look like if it has been done on an 03 DII? I want to inspect then order the parts from roverland or AB. Also, while we're on the subject, what is the part no. for the set I'll need for my 03 Disco.

You are going to be looking for this type of grease fitting.

And the part numbers will be the same for all DII's no matter the year.

unless he bought it "AS IS NO WARRANTY" if he did then they are not liable.

Which I did ofcoarse.

Even when buying it "as is" there is still sometype of warrenty depending on where you live.*
Here there is such a law, if you drive it off the lot and the engine blows up you have a case, if you drive it across the country and then the egnine blows up then you dont.
*check local listings, your results may vary.

I have the results from the tire shop. Both rear wheels were off by 1.5 ounces, left front was off by 1oz and the right front was off by 1/2 oz. This fixed the vibration I had.

Tom Woods front shaft going on order today and expected here next week. I will get that in as soon as I get it.
