First what kind of coolant is in there now? Is it green, pink, what? We must start there.

You cannot mix pink with any other coolant that is why I ask. SO if it is pink then you need to stay with DexCool.

Ok, make sure that you top off with DexCool. Remove the cap from the coolant bottle, remove the fill plug from the top of the radiator, open all bleed screws, start the truck and roll down the drivers window.
Make sure the A/C is off and turn both sides of the HVAC to HOT, set them as high as they will go and leave the HVAC blower on low, set the HVAC controls to "vent" or "dash", whichever you want to call it.
Let the truck idle, once coolant starts coming out of a bleed screw close it, repeat until all bleed screws are closed.
Once coolant starts to come out of the radiator fill plug hole replace the fill plug.
Keep the coolant bottle full the whole time you are doing this.
Every few minutes stick your head inside the cabin and feel for hot air and check the temp gauge.
After everything else is done and steam is coming out of the coolant bottle replace the coolant bottle cap.
Recheck that you have hot air inside the cabin and that the temp gauge is normal.
Then drivenormal and for thenext two days check the coolant level everyday after the truck has sat over night, check the coolant level inside the coolant bottle topping off as needed.

not to be dense, bit when you say fill the coolant bottle, you're talking about the resovoir correct. Also, I know where the one bleed screw is, but where are the others? Thanks!

No problem, there is no such thing as a stupid question, only stupid answers...yes, I mean the resavoir on the truck, but I cannot spell resavoir so I say coolant bottle.
There may only be one bleed screw. I do not know for a fact if there are more or not.
