Default Aftermarket Radio Help...

2000 Disco 2 with the Harmon/Kardon sound system.... Ive got the wiring diagram but nothing makes sence. Ive found the power wires for the radio but that is as far as I can figure it out. Im needing help decifering the amp input (Yes I have RCA Adapters) and the amp trigger. Any advice would be appreciated before I gut the whole thing.... The factory sound system rocks but I have no tapes and no CD Player in there. I really dont care about the steering wheel controls. Thanks

Check under your passenger seat. There is a little door. Open that and make sure you don't have a cd changer. Anyway, the ampinput appears to be the gray/green stripe wire of connector C0922 pin 9. The amp receives power when key is on. The RCA cables will only do you good with an aftermarket amplifier.

98% of NAS Disco's came with CD changers, and having the HK up grade head unit I am 99% sure that you have the CD changer.
If the CD changer doesnt work then post that on here, somebody might have a CD changer to sell/trade.

There is no CD changer under the seat. I wonder if someone took it out or something because it looks like all the provisions are right there. Im not that interested in a changer anyways, I just want to hook up my kenwood up so I can play my MP3's and my Satallite radio. I really dont want to gut the system because it is a really well ballanced system.
