Default p1300 and p0300, where to start

So my DISCO hasn't gotten a ton of use lately, life and such. I changed the plugs, wire, and coils in November/December and everything was running very smoothly. I have probably only put 250 miles on the truck since then (I was getting a misfire on cylinder 5 I believe, thus changing the plugs/wires/coils). I decided I had had enough of not using it, so I went for a drive today. I got gas (first time putting 87 instead of 93 in), stopped by a store, and headed for home (probably a 10-mile round trip). About 3 miles from my house, on acceleration, it started vibrating pretty bad and p1300 came up on the scan-gauge. Maybe half a mile later I was getting p0300. The CEL would alternate between being solid and blinking the entire time. The vibrations only occurred during acceleration (of course I was in stop-and-go traffic), but really became noticeable over 1500rpm. If I could keep it around there, like cruising, it felt fine, and usually, that was when the CEL would be blinking. My first thought is a wire has worked loose (I really don't want to take the intake off again, but will if I must) and I need to diagnose that, but I've seen people have issues with the O2 sensors and even CPS sensors. Any suggestions on where to start?

a bit more information. It appears the misfires are cylinder 1 (p0301 code) and cylinder 6 (p0306). I didn't see the other code-related post that has been around, I'll probably start with the o2 sensors based on that post (they haven't been replaced from what I can tell).

Cylinders 1 & 6 are paired on the coil, so a problem with one could affect the other. I wouldn't bother with O2 sensors (yet), since the misfires are on opposite cylinder banks. Malfunctioning O2 sensors may be indicated by misfires showing up simultaneously on one bank.

I'd start by double checking that the wires for 1 and 6 are seated well on the plugs and on the coils.

I was afraid of that. I doubt I can get my hand back in there. Worth a shot anyway, before pulling the intake. Thanks.
