All the sudden knocking and service engine light blinking

All the sudden it happened. I got gas earlier today went to work and she was knocking hard not accelerating well and has a weird kept coming from the tail pipe. The heads were replaced 35k miles ago and the coil pack and wires about 20k ago. Help me please.

You need to be a lot more specific as to noise, fault codes. If it is still noisy, don't restart it.

I will go ahead and say it is not noisy I was just being paranoid it sounds the same as normal. I got the codes read came back all kinds of misfires and some kind of vehicle speed control problem. Not sure about that one. The codes are p0306, p0305, aand p0305. It's just really sluggish on acceleration.

you got yourself a batch of bad gas. pump it out and refill with new gas from a different station.

ROVERTECH15 09-04-2010 11:12 AM

yeah i would say its sounds like bad gas also and also make sure your puting 91 or above octane in

hilltoppersx 09-04-2010 11:59 AM

put high octane in it from a good company like shell, if you are in the middle of nowhere and its not a busy gas station then use the lo-test but only put enough in to get you to some other better/more populated area to put hi-octane in it...

I agree bad gas, buy a couple bottles of injector cleaner and pour it in then top back off at a good gas station.
