Was literally just muttering under my breath about the poor design for checking transmission fluid and I ran across this thread of yours and saw those sight glasses—way to go Extinct! Bought a basketful of stuff.

Yep, you should receive an email with the instructions for your products automatically after checkout, let me know if you do not. They are also all located here: https://extinctmotorsports.com/support/

Yeah I posted on social media, I learned my lesson with loose items in the cargo area off-roading with @keninnc at Uwarrhie a couple years ago. I slide off a steep uphill trail and got stuck. My recovery gear was in the back, so when I opened the taildoor all my gear came tumbling out and rolling down the hill. Came home and started working on cargo nets to hold everything in place.

NEW PRODUCT ANNOUNCEMENT! Replace those rusty, butter-soft exhaust manifold studs and nuts with our new Grade 8.8 stainless studs and copper plated nuts. Extinct Motorsports is excited to announce our latest new product on the website: Grade 8.8 replacement stainless steel studs and copper nuts for the exhaust pipe connection to the exhaust manifold. The factory nuts and studs are notorious for rusting in place and snapping off when you try to remove them for any service work. If you are doing a HG job, replacing the exhaust gaskets, removing the engine, or removing the converter wye pipe now is the ideal time to replace the factory ones with our stainless studs and copper nuts that will not rust in place. One full set of 6. We recommend soaking your factory nuts and studs with AeroKroil brand penetrant once every day for 3 FULL DAYS before even attempting removal or you learn the joy of drilling out the broken off stud. Find them here:

The aluminum sight plugs for the transmission and transfer case, is there any chance these could cause galvanic corrosion due to mixing aluminum with the steel they're screwed into?

Transfer case housing is aluminum, and the threads on the transmission pan sight glass are lubricated with the transmission fluid. The sealing of the fluid in the pan happens between the flange on the plug and the pan. So no, not possible.
