Default ATF flush and fill...how to?

Just did my cooling system flush and fill today. Looking to change my ATF next. Does anyone have a step by step procedure? Also, do I need to change the filter? Basically I'm going through the 60K service.

Thanks!

YES change the filter, that way you know for a fact that it was done.
Rover offered a free trans filter change at 30k but you have no idea if it was ever done or not.
Tips...get a fluid hand pump to fill the tranny.

Great, thanks, I'll snag the filter kit and hand pump.

Any special procedure for filling the fluid back up? Do I need to have the tranny at operating temp and run it through the gears or anything special? Or just fill it until it flows out of the fill hole?
