Default Base idle speed, MAF and O2 data

Anyone with a 00 Disco or similiar with a scanner help me out for a sec?

Ive been fiddlin with the wire harness and I have EVERY code gone now except the rough ride b/s. but truck still idles heavy and the o2 data is strange.... but I have no baseline for any of these to compare to to start workin with it.

At idle, what is the stock set idle rpm?
At cold and/or warm, what should the pre (and post, why not) cat o2 ranges be in, how about at 2k-rpm driving around?
And finally, at idle, what should the MAF be reporting, and if you can give me some rpm point reports too would be great!

Thanks all!
