I stopped in NAPA while I was doing an errand this morning and this lug

While I was there, I saw a new display that caught my eye. Seemed like a clever idea so I bought one for $4. Hi how do you fix it please because I have same problem i snapped The terminal bolt so I drilled a hole in and I put a bolt from underneath take the cable and connected on that bolt and is crank but not starting can some please help me Thanks
