I wanted something bigger for my 18s too. I've got the Proline wheels, which I love, so I wanted to keep them for bigger tires, even after I lift it. Anyway, after some poking around, I found that a 265/60R18 fits really well on a stock DII. Here's mine:

Those are BF Goodrich Rugged Terrains. I've been out and played with them quite a bit since I got them and so far I'm really impressed.

Great info guys. I am getting Hankook Dynapro ATM in 255/60/18 Getting a great deal from a local place after I asked them to match online. $740 out the door. But I am thinking of also adding the Terrafirma HD coil and +2 springs. I measured my heights and I am down 1" in the front. I assume due to the ARB bumper, so I figured if I add the HD coils I should be all set with these tires. Anyone else ever use them? I'll post pics when all complete.

I have the TF HD 2" lift and an ARB bar, it's perfect.

I dont have anything else on it.. Yet.. I keep wondering if the HD will be too stiff? I dont want to super stiff commuter ride either.. Just the bumper in the front, no winch.

ZGPhoto you have any pictures of your rig?

Chances are with a big bumper you'll soften the ride up.

Mine is stiff but it handles amazingly.

But yeah my car is awesome with the springs too.
I'll get some photos to you tomorrow.

Guys I got the Hankook Dynapro 255/60/18 they look great and certainly felt nice on the way home. I will post some pics tomorrow. After I looked at the car I keep thinking to myself that maybe I dont want the 2" lift, not sure. You guys think it will end up to high with those tires not filling in enough? The truck is down 1" from what the RAVE manual says it should be 19.7" I am at 18.5"

What would you guys recommend if I just wanted to regain the 1" on the front only? If you have pics of your car with similar tire/rim combo and a lift please post them.

Yeah, I looked at mine after I got the big tires and was questioning whether I really wanted to do the lift or not too. But then I looked around at some pictures of 2" lifted Discos with a 31" or 32" tire. and they look perfect. Like that's how they should have looked from the factory. Especially the look of Urban Panzer's rig. I think that looks fantastic. Also, this other one I found with an ARB bumper. And the advantages of having an upgraded OME or Terrafirma suspension are apparent pretty immediately, especially if you plan to use it off road.

The first attachment is a picture of Urban Panzer's DII from his website (hope he doesn't mind!). The other is one I pulled off google. UP has 31.5" tires. The other picture looks like he's got 30"s or so. Which would be about how yours would look. Ish.

Here is a couple of pics of what it looks like right now without a lift and on stock shocks/coils. 255/60/18 Dynapro ATMs. All opinions welcome.
