biggest tire on a 2 inch lifted 98
 

What is the biggest tire I can fit on a 1998 land rover disco with a 2 inch lift, front bumper is tubular and out of the way if that matters on rubbing issues. Also I'm asking this because I need tires and coil springs anyway and I've been checking the forums and it talks like the coil springs for such a small lift is all that need changed, no brake lines, shocks or anything else for the street is this correct. Anyone have any pics of a 2 inch lift on whatever size tires.

Why, if it is for street use are you looking for the largest tires possible, Strain on the axles, diffs and about a 2 MPG drop in mileage????

all you need for 2" are springs and shocks. a popular size for that lift is 235/85/16 or 265/76/16. heres a pic with 2" OME MD springs and 235/85/16 BFG A/Ts

It will be took off road hard later, I just want to keepfrom having to buy another set of tires later when I need them now and also a set of springs since mine are causing the disco to set sideways. Just trying to save money as I go that's all.
