Default Bleed screw

I would think that this would be an easy thing to find, but I don't see it on my top rad. hose? Could someone have installed new hoses w/o the bleed screw? Also, where exactly is the plug that is actually on top of the rad??

What year etc.? There should be a bleed screw on the left hand top corner of your rad.

2000 DII, I've taken off the fan shroud and looked , but there are just more screws to hold on the bottom of the shroud. I guess I missed it....

On your year, there's a bleeder built into the hose assembly. If it's the original hose kit that came on the vehicle, it'll actually be in the middle of the hose that crosses over the shroud.....built right into the hose itself.

The newer replacement hose kits have the bleeder built into the T-connector that joins the radiator hose, to the water pump hose, to the t-stat hose.

Nope, no screws on the hose that I can see, looks like it was never there. I have ordered a replacement kit for the rad. hose, they looked kinda old anyways.
