Bolt under Rear Passenger Seat?

Can anyone tell me what the bolt is for thats under the rear passenger seat?

It's located in the rear, passenger side, once you flip the seat down and lift it up you can then lift up the carpet and there is a large bolt attached to the floor.

Can anyone tell me what this is for?

see attached page from RAVE shop manual - any chance it lines up near one of these that hold the body to the chassis (also called the frame)? Despite claims by some owners, rust is not the only thing holding them togther.

Looks like it is.

Would it be safe to unbolt so I can use it as a ground for a my amp, then rebolt it?

Thanks

Might be hard to get to the other side of it, may be other grounds (earths) nearby that you could use. Connector numbers show up in RAVE electrical library, under connectors, usually with color photo of area, etc.
