Default Which Brake Fluid Should I Use?

I'm planning on a brake fluid flush on my '03 and was thinking about using ATE Super Blue or Motul RBF 600 until I stumbled on the Castrol brake fluid on Atlantic British's site which says it is the ONLY brake fluid that should be used on Rover's "high natural rubber content hose". Is there any truth in that? I did some research on the forum and didn't come up with anything relevant.

BTW both ATE and Motul I mentioned above are DOT 4.

Read your manual, always before asking.
Any DOT 4 is good, any synthetic DOT 4 like Vavoline or the new Castrol synthetic is even better, 3 pints worth.

Your truck came from the factory with Castrol LMA (low moisture absorbtion) brake fluid.
But like Mike said any DOT 4 will work.
Change it every 2 years per the owners manual.

Thanks Mike and Spike again for your input and reminders. I do consult my owner's manual and RAVE frequently and make a point of not asking the same old questions answered a billion times before. On the other hand my manual also tells me that I can use conventional oil and only change it every 7500 miles. While I don't think that will cause my engine to explode I probably won't stick with THAT specification either just because the manual tells me it's ok. I rely on this forum for very specific questions and your tried and true experience that I can't find in the manual. In this case while I don't think ATE or Motul will melt the brake lines off the truck as I pour it into the MC I was just alarmed by the claim of latent effect on AB's site so I figure it's better safe to check with the collective wisdom on the forum. Much appreciations!
