Brakes completely useless

So my brakes are completely useless, for the past few months the brakes were so weak that it wouldn’t lock up the wheels or engage abs, didn’t bother me that bad because I could still drive it normally just fine but the last day or two it’s gotten to the point we’re it won’t hold the car on a hill, parking brake as well won’t , so it’s out of commission, the brake pedal is very very stiff, and I don’t see any leaks anywhere

First question would be, are the pads/rotors in good shape? If neither the hydraulic nor the manual P-brake are able to hold the truck stationary, both could simply be way behind on normal maintenance.

Just replaced front rotors , rear are fine , brake pads good all around , and flushed brake fluid 2 months ago

Check the master and see if you have any leaking fluid between it and the booster. Sounds like a bad master maybe.

Master isn’t leaking at all, , I’m going to try to look at the booster tonight

idling OK?

I vote Brake vacuum booster, or low vacuum to the booster. Do the brakes feel like they do when the car is turned off?? The brakes are basically useless unless they have a working vacuum booster.

They do feel the same as the engine being off atleast for the past few months , they don’t have that grab that they should, up until a few days ago, now they won’t even stop the car on an incline standing on the pedal and the car is idling good

This doesn't sound right. Next time you are in the vehicle, put it in park, set the emergency brake, get out and walk around to the front of the vehicle...and see if it says Land Rover on the hood.

My guess is...it doesn't...lol.

Brian.
