A / C not blowing cold.
 
My wife told me she heard a psssssss and it stopped blowing cold. Does anyone have any ideas. I am in South Florida and it is starting to feel like 100+. PLEASE HELP!:confused:

If you don't have a set of gauges, either find one, or bring it to a service shop.

Everything in the diagnostics here starts with manifold gauges.

Got it.
 
I charged it with a dye found the leak on the High pressure servicing connection pipe. It was rubbing against another pipe it wore it and cracked.

If she heard the pssssssss, that might be from the inside and hard to find. Some shops have some sort of a freon sniffer to tell if the leak is from inside.

OMG! Same problem here! Mine was wearing against the SAI pipe. I saw the freon coming out from under my hood, and i'm like "CRAP there goes the engine!", thank goodness it was just an a/c pipe :D
