A/C.....passenger side floor wet

No smell of coolant just wet floor mat on passenger side when the a/c was running. Is there condensation pan with an overflow that could be clogged?
We're still under warranty, another 51000 miles and have a scheduled appointment tomorrow for an oil change but would like to know what to expect.

Thanks,

X

Thanks for all the replies fellas. For future reference, the dealer charges $19.95 to clear the drain line but our repair was under warranty.

Now I know I can do it next time. Thanks

Repair LR3 AC Drain Line leak.

I have read so many replies about climbing under the car to clear the drain nipple. That is the hard way. The easier way to clear the AC Drain line is to lift the small maybe 10" triangle of carpet on the left side of the passengers foot area. This will expose the black rubber drain line. There is a joint with a rubber handle to help pull the joint apart. Have a small bucket or cup and towel to catch the water that Will come out. I push a piece of electrical wire down through it maybe 2 to 3 feet. You can see it come through if you look under the car. I then blow it out with my air compressor. Put the joint back together, snap the carpet back in place and the job is done. No more leaking. The whole job takes 5 to 10 minutes and wont even get your hands dirty. It should show this in the owners manual it is such a common problem and an easy fix.

A good idea also except if you have too much stale water backed up into the a/c unit, then when you unplug the hose, it will drain all the crap onto your carpet.
