Default Can someone please identify this

It's clipped to the cruise control module and has a rather large fuel line going to it, and it leaks (see photo). I can't seem to locate it on the fuel system diagram.

Looks like an evap vent solenoid to me. Also looks like the charcoal canister may be saturated with fuel...

No problem man! There should not be fuel coming out of that either. It's supposed to vent fumes through the charcoal in the canister, not liquid fuel.
