RE: Condensation in headlamp assembly
Hi, recently I had this problem due to a pinhole chip in the glass.
The super easy way (the route I took) is to remove all your bulbs from the unit (H4/peanut) get a hair dryer and point it close to the H4's socket. let it blow on the medium warm setting for a while. should evaporate in less than 1/2hour. Of course I have no idea how much water you have in there. When I did it, I just pointed it down at the connector and walked away with it on for about 30 mins. Sealed the pin hole and it never came back. Also check to see if your bulb is missing it's O-ring.
The hard way, which gives you access to actually clean the glass is to separate the lens from the reflector body. Remove the bulbs , remove the light assembly, put it in your oven for about 20 mins with it preheated to about 300F, the lens and reflector will just separate like butter. This gives you a chance to clean out any deposits from the water. Of course, you have to get the right urethane sealant to put it together professionally.
Have fun!
