Coolant overflow snapped
Hey all, So on my discovery I was taking off the upper rad hose and as i was putting it back on I accidently snapped the Coolant overflow line, I tried using epoxy and it worked for a while, What would yall suggest I could do to fix it without having to replace the radiator?

Replacing the radiator is the right way to fix it. Having said that, I drilled mine out and tapped a 1/8 npt and installed a nipple. I’ve been using it for a few years like that but I really need to replace the rad as it’s probably a ticking time bomb.

A while back ago I drilled and tapped the hole where the nipple broke off and used 1/4” threaded barb and epoxied it in.

Yeah I figured id try to tap it out, Thank you!

You're right, But The radiator is from 2015 but Its a cheaper off brand part.

I put a piece of gas line on the plastic stub that was left at the radiator and ran it all the way to the overflow bottle. No more plastic hose!
