Default Crucifix seals Tips?

Anyone have any tips on doing theses ?
I know remove the oil pan
starter and then the bearing block.
I have the seals but they are the smaller ones on the legs of them.

RTV to help with them correct?
how hard is it to slip the assembly back in with them in there?
I am doing this under the vehicle also.
back side of the oil pan had oil on it too and where the break between the parts once I removed the pan had some oil pooling up there. Not a lot but was easily noticed as I was looking in that area to begin with.

I wouldn't do it, because you might mess with the main seal. The bearing block holds the main seal on one side and if removed the seal might not sit correctly anymore.
