D2 left for dead this morning... fuel pump? bad gas?
#21
-UPDATE-
So, after replacing the pump I still had no fuel pressure. I could hear the pump run when applying 12V to the pump directly. I had some serious head scratching going on. I finally decided to pull the pump back out to take a look & I found my problem. The hose connecting the pump output up to the pressure regulator had popped loose, so the pump was pumping with powered, but the fuel was just recirculating inside the tank & not feeding out to the rail. I replaced the loose bit with some fuel line and a couple of stainless hose clamps & she fired right up! Finding the hose lose made my whole week!
