DI and DII Interchangeable parts???

Hey guys, I'm going to the junk yard to pull some wiper arms off a wrecked DI to put onto my 02 DII so that I can change my wiper blades like a normal human being again.

Are there any other easy to grab parts from a DI that will translate over to a DII that I should grab while I'm there?

Light bulbs and fuses, that's about it.

The homelink fitting works from a D1 or D2, and the ashtrays/coin trays are interchangable... =)

Bummer. The only things I know of that will transfer over are wipers arms and water pump. They wanted $40 for the wiper arms (rip off)

They did have a full set of 5-16" DII rims for $225.....now to try convince the wife that a second set of rims are a neccesity :D I'll see if they throw in the ash/coin trays and all the bulbs and fuses too;)

pretty sure the diffs are the same, but you won't want a worn out one from a junked D1.

You need to go back and buy those DI wiper arms.

The sunroof's are the same. The diff's are the same, just got to swap the 3&4 bolt flanges if necessary. But like okdiscoguy said don't go for the high mileage ones.

Good Plan, I glanced at the AB site before I left for the yard thinking it was $30 for the pair. I'll be back there this week to pull those off.

They had a DI and a DII, both have over 110K and were pretty thrashed, I think I'll stay away pulling too much from either truck. Those wheels are very tempting though...

Thanks for your input guys.
