DI Replacing Window Seals Cargo side and rear

Hey All, does anyone have any info on replacing the seals on the cargo area windows, tow side windows and rear cargo door window. The seals on our DI have cracked on the corners, look unsightly and are likely a source of posssible water intrusion (no water on the inside yet thank goodness) I bought the seals from the dealer, roughly $50 each, one per window. The question has come up as to whether the seals are "glued" in or are simply held in place by the seals themselves. Anyone here with experience? Thanks Phil

Take your seals and the truck to a glass shop and see how much they wont to do the job.
Prob not very much.

I have a window shop that will do it for $100, all three windows, so long as no glue. Phil

Gotcha, I have no idea if its with glue or not.

No, they aren't held in with glue, I did mine last summer. Well, a glass guy did one, and I did the other.
It's not difficult at all, though easier with two people.
I have to redo the one the glass guy did, so if you want I can take some photos, but won't be doing it until next weekend.

Tom, that would be great. I will try to do the same when I get mine done. I was going to do it tomorrow but it is supposed to rain and I am headed to a brand spanking new USN ship launch 690 feet of US pride.

Cool my dad retired from the Navy, served quite a few years on them. Someone has recently posted new photos of his, DD-428.
Just found this one where it was under attack during the Anzio landings. He was on it then.
