I can't stand burned off paint from sun exposure

This is a great deal for $1500 with the options on the truck.

If I lived near San Diego I would buy it right now for the bumper, wheels and tires and doesn't that have CDL?
I would then part the rest and have the above parts for free.
My daughter lives in San Diego but she is in Canada right now. I doubt they could pull it here on a trailer when they come through in September anyway. bummer!

Wish I had the cash...
