That started as an old thread, but I don't think anyone could argue that
building/purchasing a new car leaves a bigger carbon footprint than buying a used vehicle
And the return on investment/ operating costs don't really have a payback in less than 10 years.
i.e. $8,000 lr vs. $30,000 anything
