Default Doing my lift tonight and need help

To keep the front and back level I have read you put a D1 isolator in the rear. Is this in addition to the isolator which is on top of the spring already or do people just not put one in causing the rear to be lower?

Its the rear spring perch that you replace on the bottom with one from a D I you put the top back together how it was when you took it apart.

How do you know you will need it, who's lift and coils are you installing.
If you need another 1/2, yes the D1 lower spring seat will raise you.

Unless your hauling weight all the time your springs will or should not sag anywhere near that fast or noticeable.

It is an OME heavy duty lift and I have read on here several times about them being a little low in the back about an inch.

I can't say for sure, but an "inch" lower does not sound right at all. I have a 2" MD Terrafirma kit and added the D1 perch plates in the rear and my *** end is approx. 3/4" higher than the front.

Okay then you can put like i said the D I spring perch or add a 1 inch spacer to the rear or add both your truck. It has to be your preference you drive any 3 of those options are safe as long as performed correctly. Good luck let us know what you decide to do or if you have any other questions. All ways can vary in height when you add pounds..... so depends on what you haul?

It will all depend on the exact coil numbers, if you put 779 front coil with 762 rear coils and you have no steel bumper and or winch, your front will be high and the rear should be raised.
