Door lock/actuator ??? Door key won't turn cylinder
 
I put the key into the outer door lock and is does not budge once it
It placed in cylinder/outer door lock.
Do I need to replace the actuator or something else?
The door will lock from the inside of the car and will lock when I press the door
Lock mechanism in the dashboard area.
This is the drivers side door lock.

Can anyone recommend a good place to find a repalcement
Lock/actuator if that is the case?

Sounds like you need a door lock pin.

Some guys on dweb have dabbed them using a large nail. Can't remember what size though. Check out discoweb.

Pulled my handle out found at the end of the cylinder the last tumbler was broken and in the way not allowing the key all the way in. I pulled it out of the cylinder. Now working

Not exactly what you were looking for, but should help:

Take the broken pin to the hardware store and match up a nail that has the same circumference. Then modify it to match the broken pin.
