Drive shaft grease

Maybe a dumb question but what brand and type of grease do I buy to grease my front drive shaft?

Thanks.

Everyone has their own personal preference. I use Catrol Pyroplex Blue NLGI #2. It's reasonably priced and actually gets tackier when exposed to moisture.

I have been using Green Grease, but like AntiChrist said, each to their own.

Just use any full synthetic grease you want, AutoZone, NAPA, TSC...they all carry grease.
Here is the key though, grease them EVERY oil change and after every deep water crossing.
Not once a year, not twice a year, EVERY oil change.

Royal Purple NGL2

I bought a Tom woods drive shaft and Chancho is leaving for the tranny doctor in a few minutes. Is the Tom Woods drive shaft ready to go out of the box ( grease wise) or do I need to grease it before I take it home?

Grease it as soon as you get it home after the install.
Yes they greased it when they built it but why not be safe than sorry?
Greasing is like changing the oil, you cant do it to often.
