Are Driver and Passenger Bottom Seat Foam and Seat Cover Interchangeable?

If so I lucked out today. Somebody gave me a passenger seat. I only needed the back (mine has a hole). It looks like I may have a use for the bottom as well (I bought my disco from a pretty big dude and the driver's seat is in bad shape).
