Engine Shaking, P0700 error also?

I went out to start my car Disco2 this morning and when I turned it on I immediately felt something was not right, it felt like the engine was shaking almost or ramped up on rpms but not in a good way. The car was in park and when I looked at the dash the service engine soon light was flashing. I tried to read the codes but it returned none. After letting it sit all day I tried again and was able to start normally and got some codes back (it stopped flashing now). I received a Cylinder 7 misfire and also a P0700 (Transmission Control System) twice. Any ideas about what's going on with the transmission there? Also would it wise to replace my spark plugs, this is the second time I have received cylinder misfires recently.

Maybe some other codes?

If you want help, always give us the fault code numbers, not what you think they stand for. How many miles on the engine, when was it last tuned along with new 8 mm silicone wires and are you loosing any coolant?

Codes and other info.

My car currently has 186,000 miles, I have only had the car for 2 years and I have not since replaced any of the plugs or wires. I would say it has been at least 50,000 miles since they were replaced. The codes I received were P0307 and P0700 (twice). Last week I was losing almost all of my coolant and it ended up being the heater plate on the throttle body, after a new gasket the levels appear to be steady and it has stopped leaking. I am going to get new plugs and wires this weekend, I'm not sure if there is anything else I should do or want to do?

Thanks for any help!!
