Excess wind noise from driver's side door/window

On my 01 d2, I'm getting a lot of wind noise from my drivers side window - almost like it's missing some sealing or weather stripping.

Additionally, my window squeaks about 3/4 of the way from the top of the door whole I'm rolling it up. Any ideas what is causing this?

I think parts of the window and its associated parts and mechanisms are adjustable I remember this coming up in another thread before. You might try searching for this problem on this forum. I'm not sure what it was under or, if you've tried a search yet but, I'm almost positive it was on this forum... Good Luck!

Rollers in the window regulator frame, and grease of same.

Your door seal is bad or the door needs adjusting.
The window frame is actually bolted to the door, it can be loosened and adjusted to make a better seal and reduce wind noise.
2 or 3 screws, I forget.

Thanks, Spike. I'll take a look at it.

On a side note....I notice you're from Grand Rapids - I was raised in Montague, and lived in GR for quite a while.....matter of fact, I used to go to Mars Hill. Small world...

I also get the wind noise, but from my pass side window. The frame is adjustable. There are two torx head bolts one on both ends that hold it in place. Loosen, push towards the cab, hold and re-tighten. Seems to work well...
