Default Failing MAF?

My land rover has idle issues that seem to come from no where, i've done EVERYTHING.

I suspect the maf, because my issue is tempermental, and not the iacv

whats the best way to test the maf? Anyone know what resistances it should be sending out if I stick a multimeter on it?

Not sure on the readings, but I got a good used one on e-bay for $20.

If you narrow it down to the MAF - after you get the new one, CLEAN the old one and let us know what happens???????
