Has anyone installed Terrafirma diff guards?
 

Looking to install mt TF diff guards but no instructions in box, anyone else put these on? It looks pretty straight forward but I just want to make sure I do it right.

I will within a week or so, want me to shoot photos?

It is pretty straightforward.
First thing you want to do is make sure the holes on the bottom of the diff near the pinion are free of debris and dirt.
Then put the Diff guard on using the two supplied bolts but don't tighten down.
Now the upper plate can be installed. Remove two existing bolts on the upper part of your differential housing that will allow the bracket to align with the Diff guard.
Tighten everything down and then used the two nuts supplied to attach the bracket to the diff guard.

Justin, I'm assuming the gaurd bolts to the diff using two 3/8-20 BSF bolts? Is there any problem retapping the holes and using 7/16" bolts instead with these gaurds?

Thanks eveyone and Justin that Tactical Rover rear bumper looks amazing, I am relocating the rear muffler, I may just put a smaller resonator on to quiet it down a little. Anyone know where I can get something small like that?

Summit racing probably has some cheap small resonators

Thanks ZG I will check them out. It looked horrible having the muffler hanging so much below the bumper plus it defeat's the purpose of add the bumper for clearance with the muffler now in the way

Yeah I'll have the same issue when I install the Greg Davis rear bumper. I think I'm going to try a side exit exhaust like ZONK did.
