exact same thing happened to me, except my HG's were leaking AND the O2 upstream was bad. check out the picks in this thread.

holy cow man that is crazy how much alike our pictures look. Supposedly a head gasket job was done last year sometime but after seeing your pics it really makes me wonder. My pics and symptoms see EXACTLY like yours. I took my motor apart cause of a bad knock which turned out to be a bad rod bearing. Seeing your photos makes me think bad head gasket as well though.
