Help: Green M and S flashing and new code
 

Hi all,

In a bit of a panic with my 2003 DII SE with 160k. Started her up after work this afternoon and the green M and S light started randomly flashing on the dash after driving for less than 5mins.........so i stopped thinking i had accidentally pressed the Mode button by the gear shifter. i turned the engine off and back on again and then carried on. 10 mins later they flashed again!. Got home and have just checked the fuses and ultra gauge which has started showing a new code P0335 and also now shows an error on the temp read out, expect unrelated but now wondering what this is?

Any thoughts on the likely issue for my flashing M and S lights and is the car still drivable tomorrow as can only get it to a garage Sat AM?

How old is your battery, clean and tighten the cables and go to a local parts store where they can test your charging system for free. If the voltage is not between 13.6 and 14.4, there is your problem.
The 335 is a crank sensor malfunction that may go away if your charging is is going bad.
I wouldn't wait till tomorrow, it may not start in the morning.
