I wanted to ask for some assistance. I have had a 1999 DII for about 6 years now (114000 miles). The car has been good overall. I kinda of got used to having the CE light stay on. About 1 year ago i had a local mechanic do a major tune up (02 sensors, wires, plugs, and some other minor work). The car ran fine until about 3 weeks ago when i started noticing radiator fluid always beeing low. I had the head gasket changed 2 years ago and it did not seem like it was leaking too much. I made sure i always kept adding fluid until i had time to research the source.
I was driving one night when i noticed the rpms drop during a stop sign. The car started running rough and at times it stalled and hesitated when applying gas.
I parked the vehicle and read the following codes.

Thanks to the boards i was able to get an idea to take care of the leak. I changed all hoses, head gasket(although it was not leaking), throttle body heater, thermostat, mag wires and although i bought a water pump i never replaced it(pita). I recently drove it and it seems to be holding radiator fluid. The car still showing codes and still idles rough at times. The last time i changed the MAF was about 4 years ago. Wondering if it could be the MAF again. Please advice. Thank you gents

What king of air filter are ou running? Did they try to clean the MAF when the did the tune up? I agree with Dave, sounds like a MAF....
