How to patch your frame?

Rovers North sell the parts and I would not put them onto the truck. They are only cheap sh%tpart and do not have the strengthens inside of them.
My rear frame was also rusted, cut out the rusted part and then weld the new plates onto it. Either mig or arc can be used just remember to remove battery leads and also unplug the alternator. I have used both mig and arc on the frames but find that mig is easier to get into the tighter places

I also have a real loathing for britparts. I know they are cheap but that is for a reason and have seen there parts fail when they should have not. It got to the point where if some one supplied there own parts and they were britparts I would not install them.
Like anything it's only my opinion and as some one said opinions are like **** holes every one has one!
