Where to start.....
First off, there's no timing belt... it's a chain. "Had the coolant serviced"... ???? huh?? Did he replace it with dexcool? Has the front drive shaft been rebuilt? IMHO, $5,555 is a bit much for a '99.

It's good looking but seems pricey.....

There is a 99 D2 not to far from me with less mile and he is asking $3400.

 

I offered him $2500 and he seemed offended... (shrug)
