Indy mechanic listing perhaps?
ok, this question is for the admin people here - i think...
every time im on here is see another question along the lines of - does anybody know a decent trustworthy indy mechanic in (name the town)? why doesnt anybody (ahem maybe the admin people on the site?) make a by city listing for mechanics and/or off-road shops that they have had a good experience with? that way i would only have to click on the "washington" link (or the "seattle" link or whatever) to see what shops are near me. or conversely when i have a good experience at an indy shop i can add that shop to the list.. make sense? oh and btw anybody know a decent indy shop in the olympia WA area? and NOT the dealership... thanks brian |
Doing something like this can be harmful to our health, if the list were up and the mechanic you picked, screwed up your truck, it would fall back on us and we don't need it.
See if you have a Rover club in your state, if so ask them and see what comes up. |
Or do a little research on your own.
Open the Yellowpages, talk to friends, neighbors, church members, gym members, etc. |
