Instrument Panel Lighting Repair?

Instrument Panel Lighting Repair:confused:...the middle all of sudden went dark. Rheostat dimmer still works fine and this pic is with the dimmer on all the way.

I did not see in the RAVE how to replace the bulbs or if it is even possible. Any ideas? Thanks!

Looks like your middle bulb burnt out. Easy to replace. Just above your steering wheel there are two screws, take those out. Then pull out and unplug the buttons on the left and right side, (fog lights, gas latch, cruise control etc) Then you can pop off the console cover. Then you will see two scews on the left and two screws on the right of the instument cluster, unscrew those then you can flip over the instument cluster and get to the bulbs.

Totally confused at this point.

Ok, this evening I get in "da rover" to obtain my favorite adult beverage from the local stop n shop and lo and behold, no more lighting issue on the instrument panel! I DID NOT replace any bulb (though I did order one a few days ago from Land Rover of Houston)...this is weird.

Any ideas why it would suddenly start working again? Do I test voltage somehow to the panel? I'm perplexed:confused: and VERY HAPPY at the same time:p!

Could just be something as simple as a loose bulb perhaps.

I hear you ZB-30...I will update as I go forward. At least I have a spare bulb on the way! BTW, thanks for the info on how to crack open the instrument panel.
