Intake manifold replacement

Hello I am new to the forum. I have had a 96 Disco SE7 for over 4 years and the other day I noticed more oil than normal coming out on the ground than normal. I popped the hood and the intake manifold "valley" gasket had opened in the back part of the engine and was letting the oil out. I ordered the fix: http://www.roverparts.com/Parts/9218.cfm
I see what I am up against in removing all that stuff on top of it. My question is: does any one have a write-up, diagram, pics and some to do's and don'ts on the fix. It looks easy but there's got to be something tricky about the fix. I also noticed the valve cover had a more rounded bolt the the normal hex type. Any advice or pictures would be greatly appreciated.

RE: Intake manifold replacement

I gave it a shot and was able to install a new manifold gasket and valve cover gaskets - it took about 4-6 hours and I have sore knees from perching on the radiator. It's leak free and DONE ready for Winter.

The only tricky thing was to becareful when you put the steel intake nuts back into the alum. block - the angle can mis-thread them. It just takes time and patience and drive.Rediculous -HIGH Labor costs avoided. The gasket kit cost $60-70 at http://www.roverparts.com/
