Looking at the pictures, I don't think he could've cut it any differently. My guess is that if you wanted to angle it up, you'd need to fit some kind of bracket to the bottom lip.

that came out great, good job! i think i may have to do that as well. i like how it looks somewhat factory minus the face color not being green.

Thanks for that link! I swung by Office Depot yesterday and picked up a pack of Avery plastic dividers. This is the finished product using two layers of the lighter green film.

That's looking very good. I mounted mine a bit higher for access to the buttons.
