Default TC buzzing sound at start up

I recently asked about a sound that I was hearing for 1-2 seconds just after I start the engine.
It was snowing here so going to work in few places the traction control kiked in and made the buzzing sound, which is exactly the same as the buzzing sound I have been hearing for 1-2 second after start up.
Is this normal?

That is the ABS doing a self test.
Your T/C makes the same noise because it uses the ABS to stop wheel spin and increase traction.
