Default Just converted to coil springs..

.. and now when the truck is off i hear 2 clicks every 20 seconds that sound like they are coming from the compressor (it may happen when its running but i wouldnt be able to hear it). my first thought was to take out the fuse but it happens to be used for ABS too (though it still happens when the auto-leveling/abs fuse is out).

any ideas what this is and if it could cause a problem in the future?

on another note i would like to thank everyone who mentioned Arnott Ind. i am much happier with the coil spring setup

Did you have your dealer turn off the SLS thru the ECU?
Soory to hear you got rid of that great rear suspension, with all the off roading I do, I wouldn't think of converting.

You will need to have some one with a test book or AutoLogaic scanner shut off the SLS function in the ECU to stop the pump and may be turn off any warning lights on your dash.

Along the lines of the compressor, I have a question about the suspension in my '04 disco II. I've noticed that on occasion at startup the compressor is on and shuts off as the suspension is "level." Is there an indicator light that that illuminates -or is supposed to - when this is happening? I also wonder if there is a slow airbag leak b/c the compressor seems tocome on more lately...or me being paranoid.
