lights on dash, help a damsile for her hubby

I am using my husbands log on details as will be explained. He is in hospital recovering from a work related injury, he was shot. I was driving his red discovery back from the precint when there yellow lights came on. I had to break hard before this. The car seemed to drive ok all the rest of the way. Have I broke his truck or will it be ok? Thanks guys

Sounds like the 3 Amigos for brakes, but I'm sure Mike will help you with the details. Most importantly, thoughts are with you for a speedy recovery for your husband!
